Obituary
Samantha Tarrah Pachucki was born on January 22, 1977 at Flowers 5th Hospital to the late Clarence Slatter Jr. and Celeste Annette Slatter in Manhattan NY. After numerous moves the family relocated to Rahway, NJ where Samantha graduated from Rahway High School in 1995 and continued her education at Berkeley College, receiving her Associates degree in Paralegal Studies 1998.
From a young age, Samantha was always drawn to writing poetry, singing, acting, musicals, operas, and classical music. Samantha loved acting and singing, achieving a minor role in an episode of New York Undercover in a scene beating up a lead character of the series in a jail scene. Samantha also performed in a number of plays showing her singing and acting talent. Samantha enjoyed cooking multi-cultural cuisines and playing video games of all sorts.
Samantha relocated to Allentown, Pennsylvania in 2007, later marrying the love of her life, Brian Pachucki, on April 7, 2018. It was at this moment her heart’s desire was met: becoming a wife and mother, and later purchasing a home in 2021. She worked at Paycheck Corporate and enrolled in school to pursue her Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies and minor in Business Administration.
Samantha enjoyed hosting friends and gatherings. Whether it be a murder mystery dinner, video game nights, movie nights, dungeons and dragons, or friends simply dropping over for a fun time, the door was always open to anyone who wanted to visit or spend the night. She loved having company around for a good time. Samantha was also keen on showing off her extensive Coca-Cola collection built up over the years.
Samantha was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. She leaves behind a legacy of showing great hospitality and a great listening ear to all those in need. She continued to show compassion, empathy, love and encouragement. She always wanted to see and assist everyone in building a better future for themselves.
She was also the one who reminded you of the many things you overcame in the past to show all is not lost and a brighter future awaits you.
Samantha is survived by her husband Brian, daughter Filomena, siblings Kimberly, Brandon and Jennifer and a host of other family members and friends.
