Kobee N. Texter, 24, of Allentown, PA passed away July 20, 2021. Born in Allentown, PA on August 15, 1996 he was the son of Walter Felton and Theresa Texter.

A Memorial Service will take place on Thursday July 29th from 1-3PM at Jack's Slice 3400 W. Tilghman Street, Allentown, PA 18104.
