Cecelie Valentin- Portalatin, 30 of Allentown passed away on March 16th, 2021 at home. She was the daughter Joseph Valentin Sr. and Evelyn Perez. In addition to her parents she leaves to cherish her memory; her loving husband Jovanny and their son. Services for Cecelie will take place on Tuesday March 23rd in the Funeral Home. The family will greets friends and loved ones from 12- 1:30 pm, and a prayer service will follow.
