Bonnie Distler

Bonnie L Distler, age 62, of Slatington, PA, gained her angel wings on Feb 5, 2021.  She passed away peacefully with family by her side at St Luke’s University Hospital – Anderson Campus.  She was a 1977 graduate of William Allen High School in Allentown, PA.  Bonnie spent most of her working career employed by the Salvation Army. 
Bonnie lived a fulfilling life as a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.  She loved supporting all her grandchildren's and community sporting events.  In her downtime, she enjoyed playing Bingo and on-line games.  
Bonnie is survived by her four children: Stacy Snyder of Slatington, Michael Krempasky of Walnutport, Andrew Krempasky and wife Julie of Northampton and Michelle Krempasky and longtime boyfriend Roy Good of Palmerton.  She is also survived by her seven grandchildren: Shawn Shupp Jr and wife Kacey, David and Daliah Shupp, Zaden Krempasky, Parker Krempasky, Wesley and Chase Good.  She is also survived by two great grandchildren: Daxtyn and Leighton Shupp.  Bonnie is pre deceased by her parents: Harold Jr and Patricia A (Fenstermacher) Snyder originally of Allentown, PA.  Bonnie is also survived by her siblings:  Betty Wydner (husband Roger) of Slatington, Carol Sterner (husband pre deceased Scott) of Slatington, Harold Snyder III of Allentown, and Robert Snyder of Allentown.  She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  
Due to Covid-19, the family is hoping to plan a celebration of life in May.
