Philip Smalling, 61, of Allentown, PA passed away November 8, 2018 in St. Lukes University Hospital-Allentown Campus. Born on August 27, 1957 in St. Thomas, Jamaica he was the son of Sydney Smalling and Lilian (Jackson). He was the husband of Paula Smalling at home.

Viewing will take place on Saturday from 9-11AM in the Funeral Home. Services will begin at 11AM. Interment will follow services in Greenwood Cemetery.
