Pedro M Santiago

Pedro M. Santiago Passed at home in peace surrounded by his wife and family on Monday 4/15/19 at 11:10pm.  He was born on 8/1/1934 in Las Piedras P.R. He was survived by his wife Julia of 63yrs, children Carmen, Pedro Jr., Miriam,  Evelyn and Elizabeth, 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents Isidro Santiago, Felipe Martinez and his grandson Devin Arthur Santiago. 
Pedro was a hard worker and fishing was his favorite past time.  He loved spending time with his family and his grandchildren were his heart. He was a strong, proud, and good man.  He is loved and will truely be missed by family and friends.
A special thanks to his caretaker and loving daughter Miriam, who through her strength and selflessness, was able to dedicated her time and sensitive touch to ensuring his safe passage into the after life. In his final life's journey Pedro was comforted by the familiarity of his daughter Miriam. Ensuring his every need was tended to around the clock. Affording him and the rest of the family countless precious moments that may not have possible otherwise.
 

Catholic Prayer Services will held in the Funeral Home at 11AM on Tuesday.  Viewings for Pedro will be held in the Funeral Home on Monday from 6-8PM and Tuesday from 10-11AM.  Interment will follow services in Grandview Cemetery.
