Patricia A. Polini, 77, of Whitehall, PA passed away July 30, 2018 at St. Lukes University Hospital-Allentown campus. Born in Hazelton, PA on September 1, 1940 she was the daughter of Dominic Portanova and Rita (Mack).

A Private Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Frances of Assisi Roman Catholic Church-Allentown with family and invited guests.
