Gladys A. Hudson

Gladys A. Hudson, 66, of Allentown, Pennsylvania passed away Monday July 31, 2017 at home.  Born on April 24, 1951 in East Orange, New Jersey she was the daughter of the Late David Cowart and Lenora (Gamble).  She was the wife of Kenneth Hudson who passed away in 2012.

She worked as a Certified nursing assistant up until her retirement, where she enjoyed taking care of the elderly; in her spare time she was a wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, friend and homemaker. She enjoyed cooking meals for her loving family and phoning the long-distance relatives to chat. Gladys will be remembered for her sense of humor, honesty and love of scary movies. Beyond that she will be missed for the way she could light the room as well as show love and concern for everyone whether it be family or friend.  

She leaves to mourn her passing her Sons; Paige Jones and Kenneth E. Hudson, Daughters; Cecelia Hunt, PaShana Johnson and Keneitha Tise; Step daughter Kendra Hurley and a host of extended family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband and a daughter Lisa Burell.

Funeral Services will take place on Monday at 12PM in the Funeral Home.  Viewing begins at 11AM.
