David Ortega

David N. Ortega, 85, of Bethlehem, passed away January 27th, 2015 in Cedarbrook Nursing Home-Fountain Hill
"Beebe," a lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley, served active duty in the U.S. Army and was a disabled veteran of the Korean War. He worked at Bethlehem Steel and as a postman for decades, and drove a bus for KidsPeace and the YMCA upon retirement. He is survived by daughter Justina Ryan, four granddaughters, and a great-grandson.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday Feburary 2 at 10 a.m. in Holy Infancy Catholic Church in Bethlehem.  Visitation Sunday 5-6:30PM  Interment with Full Military Honors will follow in Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.

*Due to Weather Conditions Interment has been rescheduled for 10AM Tuesday in Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.  Procession will form at the cemetery Office at 9:45AM.
